How do I access my subscription?

If you are a new digital subscriber, your digital subscription will commence immediately. A Magzter account will be created for you, based on the email address that you have provided and you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your digital magazine. Simply download myNEWSSTAND app from Googleplay or Appstore (iOS / Android). Open the myNEWSSTAND app and click on settings on the bottom right corner to login. Your subscriptions can be easily found in My Collections, under Purchased tab. For digital subscription enquiries, e-mail magazines@sph.com.sg.

When will my subscription begin?

Digital Subscription

• If you are a new digital subscriber, your digital subscription will commence immediately. A Magzter account will be created for you, based on the email address that you have provided and you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your digital magazine.
• If you are a current digital subscriber of the same title that you have selected, your new subscription period will automatically commence when the current one expires. Digital subscribers are only applicable for subscription under Magzter’s platform.

How many devices can I access digital magazines at the same time?

You may access your subscriptions on up to 5 devices.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to be able to read my digital magazines?

You will need an internet connection to be able to download the magazine. After which, you will be able to read it offline without a connection.

I have just subscribed to the digital magazine. Will this be an auto-renewal?

All purchases directly from myNEWSSTAND are one-time off purchase and there is no recurring payment.

How do I purchase a past issue?

You may select and purchase the single issue directly via SPH Magazines App on App Store or Google Play Store or Magzter.

I have not received my email confirmation.

Do check your spam or junk mail folder. You may contact magazines@sph.com.sg if you still did not receive your email confirmation.

I am an existing subscriber, what happens if I subscribe again with the new promotion?

Your new subscription will start after the existing one expires.

The new print issue is on the newsstands. Why is it not available in its digital edition yet

Our team redesigns every issue of our digital editions and we create tablet/mobile-only features such as slideshows, interactive graphics and more. It takes extra time to create and deliver issues after our print magazine arrives on some newsstands so do bear with us!

I purchased a subscription five months ago however, have decided that the publication is no longer in line with my interests. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, all subscriptions are non-refundable or transferable. Please email magazines@sph.com.sg if you have further enquiry regarding your digital subscription.

When will my subscription begin?

• For all magazine titles except UWeekly subscribers
  • If you are a new print subscriber, your print subscription will typically take 6 – 8 weeks to process. Your subscription will commence within the next 2 – 3 issues of the specific title. (E.g If you subscribe on the month of January, your subscription may commence with either the March or April issue).
  • If you are a current print subscriber, your new subscription period will automatically commence when the current one expires.
• For UWeekly subscribers only
  • If you are a new print subscriber, your print subscription will typically take 7 – 10 working days to process. Your subscription will commence within the next 1 – 2 issues depending on the day of purchase. As UWeekly issues are released every Friday, the cut-off date is the Thursday preceding this week (e.g. subscribe by 2 January 2020 (Thursday), first issue received is 10 January 2020 issue. If you subscribe on 3 January 2020 (Friday), first issue received is 17 January 2020(Friday)).
  • If you are a current print subscriber, your new subscription period will automatically commence when the current one expires.

How long does it take for my print magazine to be delivered?

• For all magazine titles except UWeekly subscribers
  • Your subscribed copy will reach you 3 to 4 working days after its newsstand release.
• For UWeekly subscribers only
  • Your subscribed copy will reach you on Friday, the same day of its newsstand release.

There was a gift offer with my subscription. How do I know if I was eligible for it and where do I collect my gift?

You will receive an email or letter for gift redemption at the SPH Magazines office.

I do not live in Singapore. How can I obtain a subscription?

For overseas subscriptions, please contact SPH Customer Service at 6388 3838 (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm).

I would like to change my address. How can I do this?

I’m an existing subscriber. How do I find out how many issues are remaining on my subscription and when the next issue comes out?

Often there are free gifts on the cover of magazines. Would these be included if I subscribed to a magazine rather than bought it at a store?

Yes, you will receive the free gifts too.

Will I receive any reminder letter nearing the expiry date of my subscription?

Yes, you will receive a renewal letter via post, 6 weeks before your subscription expires.

I recently renewed by subscription however, I have received a renewal letter notice in the mail. What do I need to do?

If you have renewed your subscription, please kindly ignore the renewal notice.

Can I change my free gift after the confirmation of my subscription?

No, you will not be able to exchange your free gift.

What happens if the free gift that I have chosen is out of stock?

Choice of gift is available while stocks last only. SPH Magazines Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute the free gift or lucky draw prize for another of the same or greater value.
